Roo Pets Delivery Information


Standard Delivery - DPD HomeServe £3.50 ( 2 to 4 Working Days)

On receipt of your parcel, a signature is required by the courier. We expect this service to take 2 to 4 working days, however there can be delays that are out of our control. If you are out when delivery is made, a calling card will be left to inform you of what to do next.
 
Please Note: Please allow 15 working days for delivery. We cannot control nor be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to Overseas. Roo Salon Limited will not be liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery.
 

Special Delivery - DPD Next Day £7.50 (1 Working Day*)

This service ensures you will receive your delivery the day after you place your order. However, for your order to be dispatched with this service, you have to order between Monday and Thursday, and before 12:00pm (midday). If your order is placed after this time or between Friday (after 12:00pm) – Sunday, your order will be dispatched the next available working day.
 
Please Note: Next day orders shipped on a Friday (orders placed after 12:00pm Thursday and before 12:00pm Friday) will be delivered on Monday. The following postcodes may take longer than 24 hours to deliver. These locations include Highlands and Islands and may take between 2 and 4 days, depending on location: HS1-HS9, IM, IV21-IV28, IV40-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW, PH, ZE, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61-PA78, PA80-PA88, TR21-TR25.
 

International Delivery – DPD Europe Classic (2 – 8 Working Days)

This service is one of the quickest to Europe, delivering to most countries between 2 – 8 working days. On receipt of your parcel, a signature is required by the courier. Most, but not all, European countries are covered. You must select the correct shipping and delivery country when asked at the checkout. If you have entered an incorrect country and have received a cheaper shipping rate, we will automatically re-evaluate the shipping costs and total value of the order, and contact you for further information and payment.

Shipping prices vary from country to country. Delays can occur due to Customs and Excise checks and charges, and these delays are outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays or items lost or damaged once dispatched.

Please Note: Any customs or import duties are levied once your delivery reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for clearance become the responsibility of the stated recipient. Delivery costs are determined by weight and location.
 

International Delivery - Royal Mail Air Mail (Delivery Times and Costs Vary)

On receipt of your parcel, a signature is required by the courier. You must select the correct shipping and delivery country when asked at the checkout. If you have entered an incorrect country and have received a cheaper shipping rate, we will automatically re-evaluate the shipping costs and total value of the order, and contact you for further information and payment. If you have entered incorrect information and have received a cheaper shipping rate, we will automatically re-evaluate the shipping costs and total value of the order, and contact you for further information and payment. Delays can occur due to Customs and Excise checks and charges, and these delays are outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays or items lost or damaged once dispatched.

Order FAQ’s


What if my order doesn’t arrive within the time stated?

As with all things, we cannot guarantee our delivery times and services. With the weather, different postal services and unforeseen circumstances (such as postal strikes) you may find your items take a little longer to arrive than stated above.

We ask our customers to bear with us and reassure them that they will receive their order. We ask people to wait an additional 4 working days from the delivery times stated before contacting our Customer Services Team regarding the status of their order.

Is my order traceable?

We use both internal and external tracking on all our orders. Many services will have external tracking provided by couriers themselves that can be used on their respective websites to track the location and eventual destination of their order. Services such as Parcel Force Express, Royal Mail Recorded, Airsure and International Signed For will have this information for you.

Alternatively, some services are logged and recorded by Roo Salon using our internal log-track systems. This information is only available to ourselves and will be used by our team to help us locate any items that have not arrived.

I've spoken to a Customer Services Advisor and waited an additional 4 working days, where is my order?

If you have patiently waited an extra 4 working days and spoken to one of our Customer Service Advisors who has assured you that your order is ‘in transit’ and you still haven’t received your order then we wholeheartedly apologise for the delay.

In this circumstance we have to ensure that at least 15 working days has passed before we can either refund the order or dispatch a second expedited order. After 15 working days have passed we will be fully able to process a lost post claim with our postal service and will have been able to investigate the matter fully. Our Customer Services Team will usually be able to handle your query, dispatch second orders or resolve matters much, much quicker than this. However in some rare circumstances this may not be possible.
