When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. All credit or debit card transactions are processed through Cardnet and PROTX, who between them ensure that all transactions are fully secure by hosting the payment system on their servers not on Roo Pouches and that all communications are protected by a host of innovative and established encryption techniques, all of which are continually updated. Cardnet and PROTX are regulary audited by the banking authorities to ensure complete security.
We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.
We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.
Will Roo Pets disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Roo Pets does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
For overseas deliveries, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Roo Pets possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

All of our credit and debit card transactions are processed using VSP (Protx Verisecure Payment System). Protx are an approved payments solution provider for most major banks or financial institutions such as Lloyds TSB cardnet, Barclays, HSBC, American Express, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. All card numbers are encrypted in using 128 bit encryption. This information is not kept or passed on to us.
Cancellation/Cooling Off Period
7-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - As per The Distance Selling Regulations, Roo Pets offers a cancellation period of 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, during which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full reimbursement of all money paid. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
30-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought after the cancellation period expires - simply return it in new condition within 30 days and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or give you a full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK, recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Roo Pets Limited is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Customers must cover the cost of returning their WEEE item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
Goods Colours & Colour Reproduction / Website Images
It is regrettable that we are not able to provide customers with colour-perfect images of our items on the web site. Customers accept that the photographs we make available on our website are as accurate as possible but are provided for informational purposes only, in order to give prospective customers a guide.
The price you pay will be that specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods include postage. All prices are inclusive of VAT at current UK rates.
